Call or message (602) 909-7008. Tell us what is going on, and if you have photos of the problem, have them handy — they usually tell us more than a description, and sometimes they are enough to say repair-or-replace before anyone climbs a ladder.
Your city, roughly when the roof was last done if you know it, and where you are seeing the problem — a stain, a slipped tile, granules in the gutter. If an insurer or HOA letter started this, mention that too; it changes what the paperwork needs to say.
Estimates are free and the number is written down after we look at the roof. If the job turns out different once the covering is open, you hear about it then — with photos — not at the end.
